Commitment to Learning

This year is Olympic Ski School, Inc.’s 52nd year of continuous operation at Stevens Pass. Most of our instructors are members of PSIA OR AASI and are certified levels I, II or III. We are proud of the outstanding teaching expertise that they can offer to our students.

Breaking News

Friday February 6th,

Dear Olympic parents and students. This weekend looks like a wet one. I have talked to the people at Stevens Pass and they have decided to run all of their programs this weekend, as well as events. The snow will be soft and skiable. I know that rain will be a factor, so bring extra clothes for the children and yourselves, it will not be too cold however and there will be small lift lines. We will have tents up in the meeting area for the BBQ and awards. Unfortunately a cancellation would not be the best idea since the temperature is going to stay consistent next week even if it is dryer. We don’t know how long Stevens can stay open with that situation. I know we will always remember this “winter” and we appreciate the fact that you have joined us through good and bad weather.

The races will be on Promenade and snowboard in the little park on Daisy. We plan to run them in the morning. I skied for one and one half hours yesterday in the rain and found the snow good carving snow, slushy and spring like. Hope to see you all this weekend. Mary and Stacie
